Plan your menu with the chef.

You work directly with our in-house chef and catering manager, who helps plan the food for your occasion and then brings it to life.

The spreads shown here were created by our own chef. Tell us about your event, your guests, and what you have in mind; we’ll talk through the menu and catering costs with you.

Catering and bartender service are additional to the room fee. Specialty cakes and desserts from your own baker are welcome.

Planning details

What to know before you book.

The room fee covers the space and setup. We’ll discuss catering, bar service, and any extra time with you as you plan.

For guest counts and room arrangements, contact us to discuss the setup that works for your occasion.

What does the $600 room fee include?

Tables, chairs, dining ware, plates, cups, linens, and setup of the space. Catering, bartender service, and additional time are extra.

How much time is included?

The room fee includes a four-hour event window. Additional event time is $100 per hour.

When can we decorate?

You can decorate on the day of your event. The day before may be reserved for decorating for an additional fee. Decorations are up to you; no holes in the walls, loose glitter, or confetti.

Can we bring food or alcohol?

The lodge provides catering. You may bring specialty cakes and desserts. As a licensed facility, the lodge does not permit outside alcohol. Outside alcohol will be removed, and the lodge reserves the right to stop an event if it is brought in.

Can we request something special at the bar?

The ballroom has a fully stocked bar, and special requests can be discussed in advance. Bartender service is an additional fee.
