Thank you for considering the Easton Elks for your event! Some information about our facility is as follows…
The room fee of $500.00 this includes tables, chairs, dining ware, plates, cups, linens and set up of the space (decorations are up to you, exceptions are no holes in the wall and no loose glitter or confetti).
You can decorate the day of, you will have 4 hours for the event, any additional time is $100 per hour.
You can reserve the day before if needed for decorations for an extra $150.00
We are a licensed facility for alcohol which means NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED. If guests bring in outside alcohol we will remove it from them and do have the right to stop your event immediately. We have a fully stocked bar in the ballroom and can get special requests if needed. A bartender is a $100 fee.
We cater through the lodge and can cover most all your needs, you may bring in specialty cakes, desserts etc.
